We were planning to take him to Chuck E. Cheese's to celebrate his birthday, so he decided he wanted a Chuck E. Cheese's cake. lol I never thought I would make a cake with a big rat on it, but he loved it. lol

My mother used to decorate cakes when I was little, and it's something that has always stuck with me. My sisters & I took cake decorating classes together several years ago. I've been doing cakes off & on (usually for my kids' birthdays) ever since. Recently, one of my sisters and I have been doing a few cakes together.
